Requriements:

-Currently enrolled in beauty school or recent graduate about to obtain an Illinois Cosmetology License 

-Interest in being a dualist in both cut/color (extensions optional)

-Coachable, willingness to learn, accepts failures as opportunity!

-Likes structured education with ability to reach milestones

-Team player with desire to develop a well rounded skillset including self-marketing & business mindset

-Participate in occasional homework

-Ability to work 4-5 days a week to get through program (*may take longer for parttime employment)

Hair Color Palette

Phase 1

13 weeks

  • Getting to know all your guests

  • Testing out on most services offered

  • Booking 1 day a week consistently

  • Learning all policies & procedures

  • Gain momentum on social media

  • Post Giveaway #1

  • Daily debriefs

  • Learn techniqes for a seamless grow out

  • Signature pre and post visit guest experience that isn't like any other

  • HSM certification to become familiar with the mathmatical language of haircutting

Phase 2

13 weeks

  • Booking two days a week consistently

  • Assistant should really be getting the hang of things by now… should practice on consistency in skill and core business practices

  • We will recruit for next assistant

  • Post Giveaway #2

  • Weekly debriefing

  • HSM certification test out and completeing a haircut in 1 hour

  • Opening and closing procedures should be fluid by now

Phase 3

13 weeks

  • You are now a SENIOR Assistant

  • Booking 2-3 days a week consistently

  • Phase 3 is all about fine tuning loose ends and booking days to capacity

  • Timing should be getting quicker and more ideal

  • We will hire and start training our next assistant

  • Post Giveaway #3

  • Weekly debriefing
